Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how FundYourEdge, Inc. ('FundYourEdge', 'we', 'us', or 'our') collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit our website, join our launch waitlist, create an account, purchase and use our evaluation and simulated funded-trading programs, or otherwise interact with us. It applies to all FundYourEdge Services and should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are & scope
FundYourEdge, Inc. is a Wyoming corporation that operates trader evaluation and simulated funded-trading programs. For the purposes of this policy, FundYourEdge is responsible for the personal information described here. This policy covers visitors to our website, people who join our launch waitlist, and traders who register for, purchase, and use our Services. It does not cover third-party websites or services that we link to, which have their own privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
We collect personal information that you give us directly, information we collect automatically when you use the Services, and information we receive from third parties that help us operate the Services. The categories we collect include:
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Account & profile | Your name, email address, phone number, and postal address. |
| Identity & verification | Government-issued identification, a selfie or likeness, proof of address, date of birth, and the identity and tax information required to verify you and meet anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. This information is collected and held by our identity-verification provider; we receive the verification result and status. |
| Billing & payment | Billing name and address, and limited card details (card brand, expiration month/year, and the last four digits). Full card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems. |
| Trading & account activity | The accounts you purchase, your evaluation and funded-account status, orders, trades, fills, profit and loss, payouts, and related account-lifecycle records. |
| Device & usage | IP address, a device or browser identifier, user-agent string, language preference, sign-in events, and approximate location derived from your IP address. |
| Communications & marketing | Your waitlist sign-up and consent choices, support messages, and your contact and marketing preferences. |
| Affiliate information | If you join our affiliate program: your name, country, payout details, and the social or promotional information you choose to provide. |
2.1. Information we collect automatically
When you use our website and Services, we automatically collect technical and usage information — including your IP address, a device or browser identifier, your user-agent string, language preference, and a record of your sign-in events — and we derive an approximate location from your IP address. We use this information to operate the Services and, importantly, to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and multiple-account activity and to keep accounts secure.
2.2. Information we receive from third parties
We receive information from the service providers that help us run the Services, including: your basic profile from our authentication provider; identity-verification results and decisions from our verification provider; payment-authorization and address-verification results from our payment processor; and account, roster, and trading data from our broker and trade-execution provider.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services, including creating and managing your account.
- Process your purchases, payments, refunds, and payouts.
- Verify your identity and meet our legal, regulatory, and anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.
- Set up and manage your evaluation and simulated funded accounts with our broker and trading-platform providers.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, multiple-account activity, and security incidents, and to keep the Services safe.
- Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support requests (transactional messages), and — where you have opted in — send product news and marketing.
- Understand how our website and Services are used, through privacy-friendly analytics.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements.
4. Our bases for processing
Depending on where you live, data-protection law may require us to have a 'legal basis' for processing your personal information. Where that applies, we rely on: performing our contract with you (to provide the Services you request); complying with our legal and regulatory obligations (including identity verification and AML); our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services and preventing fraud and abuse; and your consent (for example, for marketing emails), which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to operate our website and keep you signed in, and to remember your waitlist sign-up. Our website analytics are privacy-friendly and cookieless: they do not track you across other websites and do not use advertising cookies. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only as described below:
- Service providers that operate the Services on our behalf — including identity-verification and AML providers, payment processors, our broker and trade-execution provider, payout-disbursement providers, our authentication provider, email-delivery providers, website-analytics providers, error-monitoring providers, and hosting and storage providers. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal, safety, and compliance disclosures — to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government requests; to enforce our agreements; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of FundYourEdge, our traders, and others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
7. International data transfers
FundYourEdge is based in the United States, and we process and store personal information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States — including from Latin America — you understand that your personal information will be transferred to, and processed in, the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, and then delete or de-identify it. How long that is depends on the type of information:
- Account, transaction, payout, and tax-related records are retained while your account is active and afterward for as long as required to meet our legal, financial, and regulatory obligations.
- Identity-verification records are retained as required by applicable AML and record-keeping rules.
- Security and sign-in records are retained for a limited period to detect and investigate fraud and abuse.
- Redacted broker-provisioning records are automatically purged from our storage after 30 days.
- If you join our waitlist and later unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your request so we do not email you again by mistake.
9. How we protect your information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, including encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest, tokenization of card data, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. For more detail, see our Platform Security page.
10. Your choices & rights
We offer the following choices and rights to all users, regardless of where you live. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under local law.
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements (for example, AML and financial records we are required to keep).
- Portability — request a copy of certain information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent where we rely on it, such as for marketing.
- Opt out of marketing — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time without affecting transactional messages about your account.
Exercising your rights
To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@fundyouredge.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request, and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. Some requests are handled manually. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you specific rights regarding your personal information. In the preceding 12 months we collected the categories of personal information described in 'Information we collect' above, from the sources and for the business purposes described in this policy.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly do so for consumers under 16 years of age. As a California resident you have the right to:
- Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Services.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share it).
- Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.
Submitting a California request
Email privacy@fundyouredge.com to submit a request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proper authorization, and we may need to verify your identity before we respond.
12. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@fundyouredge.com and we will delete it.
13. Automated processing
We use automated tools to help detect fraud, abuse, and multiple-account activity and to evaluate identity-verification results. These tools may flag activity for review. Decisions that significantly affect you — such as declining identity verification, refunding and closing an account, or banning an account — involve human review. If you have questions about a decision, contact us at privacy@fundyouredge.com.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
15. Contact us
If you have questions about this policy or how we handle your personal information, contact us at privacy@fundyouredge.com.
