Cookie Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how FundYourEdge, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to remember your preferences. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, can store information on your device in the same way.
2. Cookies we use
We keep our use of cookies to a minimum. The only cookies we set ourselves are the following — for tools we embed from other companies, see section 5:
| Cookie | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fye2_session | Strictly necessary | Keeps you signed in and maintains your session, including during secure sign-in. The site cannot function without it. | Session |
| lead_id | Functional | Remembers that you joined our email list so we don't ask you again. | 30 days |
| ref | Functional | Set only if you arrive through a referral or Ambassador link — remembers who referred you so that a purchase you make can be credited to them. How long it lasts depends on the referring Ambassador's rank. | 30–90 days |
| vid | Functional | An anonymous visitor identifier that links your visits together for referral attribution. It does not identify you personally and is not used for advertising. | 2 years |
3. Your cookie choice
We store your response to our cookie notice in your browser's local storage (under 'fye_cookie_consent') so we can remember your choice and not show the notice again. This is kept on your device and is not shared with advertisers.
4. Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, self-hosted website analytics to understand how our site is used. Our analytics are cookieless — they do not set cookies, do not track you across other websites, and do not build advertising profiles about you.
5. Third-party embeds
Some pages include a tool operated by another company — our booking page schedules your call through Zoom Scheduler, and some blog posts embed a YouTube video. When one of these loads, that provider — and services it relies on, such as an anti-spam check — may set their own cookies in your browser to make the tool work. They are set by those providers under their own cookie policies, not by us, and we cannot read them. They exist to run the embedded tool — not to advertise to you, and not to follow you around other sites.
6. No advertising or cross-site tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking technologies, and we do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Managing cookies
Most browsers let you view, manage, block, and delete cookies through their settings. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary or functional, blocking them may break parts of the site — in particular, blocking the session cookie will prevent you from signing in.
8. Changes & contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time and will revise the 'Last updated' date above when we do. Questions? Email us at support@fundyouredge.com.
